Adjusting a Trove

I) Deposit More Collateral & Mint More ORE

Step 1: Access Minting Interface

1. Go to the "Mint ORE" section in the left sidebar

2. You'll see three tabs at the top: MINT, REPAY, and CLOSE

3. Go to the "MINT" tab

Step 2: Add Collateral

1. In the XION input field:

• Enter the amount of additional XION you want to deposit (optional)

• Or use percentage buttons (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) of your wallet balance

1. The system will show you:

• USD value of your deposit

• New amount of ORE available to mint

You can just deposit more XION without minting new ORE to improve your trove’s health. You don't have to mint new ORE if you only want to add collateral.

Step 3: Enter Minting Amount and Confirm Transaction

1. In the ORE section below:

• Enter how much ORE you want to mint (optional)

• Or use percentage buttons to select from available amount

2. Click "UPDATE TROVE" and confirm the transaction in your wallet

You may also just mint more ORE without providing any extra collateral if your LTV permits that.

II) Repaying ORE and Withdrawing Collateral

Step 1: Access Repayment Interface

• Navigate to your active Trove dashboard

• Click on the "REPAY" tab

Step 2: Enter Repayment Amount

• Find the ORE input field at the top

• Choose your repayment method:

  • Enter a custom amount manually

  • Use percentage buttons (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%)

• Review the projected changes in:

  • LTV ratio

  • Liquidation price

  • Total debt

  • Total collateral

Note that you cannot repay your debt such that Trove's debt balance would go below 10 ORE. This is the minimum Trove debt required at all times. You can close the Trove to repay your debt in full.

Step 3: Manage Collateral and Complete Transaction

• Under "Withdraw Collateral" section:

  • Enter XION amount to withdraw (optional)

  • Use percentage buttons for quick selection

  • Check available withdrawal amount

• Click "UPDATE TROVE" to execute

• Confirm the transaction in your wallet

• Verify successful completion of repayment and/or withdrawal

You can just repay your ORE without withdrawing any collateral , or you can withdraw collateral without repaying your ORE debt. Both fields are optional depending on your needs. Just keep an eye on your LTV and liquidation price when performing these actions.

III) Closing a Trove

Closing the Trove will completely close your position on Earth. To close a Trove you must pay the entire debt in full. Liquidation reserve will be refunded and adjusted in your paid-in-full ORE debt transaction. Full collateral will be send to your address upon closing the Trove.

To close your Trove:

• Go to your active Trove in the dashboard and click the "CLOSE" tab.

• Review your position details (collateral, debt, liquidation reserve) and ensure your wallet has enough ORE.

• Click the green "Close Trove" button, confirm the transaction in your wallet, and wait for the system to process.

• Once successful, you'll see a green checkmark with the "Trove closed successfully" message. Click "Close" to return to the dashboard.
